	We have been busy bees here at the unexpected guest HQ We have had a wonderfully frantic yet wildly rewarding year this year and wanted to extend our wholehearted gratitude to all of our fans and retailers, bloggers and press who continue to promote and buy our products enabling us to keep on doing what we love. We, at the unexpected guest salute you. And here we are again…..that glorious time of year that’s perfect for an early morning paddle or jump in the sea and breakfast outside before the day is hot. We are really celebrating summer this year with road maps out and visions of surfboards and bikes piled high on our roof, singing with all the windows down, sand between our toes, bobbing around in warm waters and that incredible early evening summer feeling that cries out for cold beer, fresh summer food, great friends and bonfires. Dear summer, we love you. gluten-freestyle has arrived!! Perhaps the most exciting news is that we have recently had our milestone 1st birthday and decided to launch thank goodness it's gluten-freestyle to celebrate. This taste sensation is packed full of raw nuts and seeds, plump juicy cranberries, protein rich super-puffs (quinoa, brown rice and amaranth), sweet little sun dried sultanas and pure maple roasted Australian almonds (for a little breakfast joie de vivre).  Thank goodness it’s gluten-freestyle is more than a gluten-free alternative, it’s a celebration!   2011 2011 is shaping up to be a tremendously exciting year with gluten-freestyle going bananas, our tropical new little HQ (see new address details on website) and the arrival of a long awaited and much needed addition to the unexpected guest gang. He loves to surf, go-cart, dance, wear pink socks and eat extraordinarily delicious breakfasts as much as we do and we are beyond thrilled to have him on board. This means yours truly will finally have the time to write regularly on this blog, design our web shop, swim, bake cookies, sleep in... I mean, focus on developing new products (which is very exciting, keep a look out for unexpected guest textiles coming soon).
